This policy explains what information TheDealMaker.ai collects, how we use it and who we share it with. TheDealMaker.ai is operated by InvestorLoan.ai and/or its affiliates, including TheDealMaker.ai Network ("we", "us"). It covers thedealmaker.ai, your Network account, and our AI chat and phone assistants.

Our affiliated sites are JDLDeals.ai, InvestorLoan.ai, InvestorsFirst.ai, RunYourNumbers.ai, OrderTitle.ai and TheGrowthCollective.ai. Each of those sites may have its own policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details. Your name, email, mobile number and password, and the answers you give when you join, such as what describes you best, the licenses you hold and who is in your network.
• Referrals you send. The name, phone number, email and details of the people, loans and deals you refer to us. Only refer someone who knows you are passing on their details.
• Conversations. The questions and messages you send our AI assistants on this site are saved. Calls with our AI phone assistants are transcribed, and we keep the text messages you exchange with us.
• Payments. If you buy a paid program, our payment processors handle your card details. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical information. We use a sign-in cookie and your browser's storage to keep you signed in. Our hosting and security providers process your IP address and browser and device details when you load a page. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics trackers on thedealmaker.ai.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and the Network, including the one sign-in that works across our affiliated sites.
• To review the referrals, loan scenarios and deals you send and route them to the people who can fund or close them.
• To contact you by email, phone and text about your account, your referrals and our programs.
• To take payments and work out referral payouts.
• To review conversations so we can improve our assistants and our service.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Our affiliated sites, listed above, which share one account.
• Parties to a transaction. When you send a referral, loan scenario or deal, we share the details needed to review, fund or close it with lenders, capital partners, and title and closing providers.
• Companies that work for us. GoHighLevel (customer records and messaging), Supabase (account database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), Twilio (phone and text delivery), Stripe and Square (payments, with Klarna offered as a financing option), Slack (member channels and team notifications), and AI model providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI, which process the conversations you have with our assistants.
• Legal and business reasons. When the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Calls and text messages

Our phone line is answered by AI assistants, and a member of our team may follow up. If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your account, your referrals and our programs. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell your mobile number.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use a cookie and browser storage to keep you signed in and to carry your session between our affiliated sites. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, but you will need to sign in again and some pages will not work without them.

6. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as we need it for legal, tax and business reasons. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, by contacting us at the number below. We will not treat you differently for asking.

8. Children

TheDealMaker.ai is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
